Recently 2417 Newmarket Air Cadets hosted a BTEC workshop for cadets from local units led by Mr Gil Singleton from CVQO.
Cadets attending the day were either working towards a BTEC Level 2 in Teamwork and Personal Development in the Community or BTEC Level 2 in Music for Practical Performance.
They spent the day working through their workbooks with cadets helping each other to ensure they were understanding what was being asked of them. Mr Singleton was on hand to provide his expertise when required.
Mr Kieran Hartnell, Squadron BTEC Co-ordinator, said ”The Cadets made tremendous progress towards the BTEC Qualifications today. I would like to thanks Mr Singleton for leading this workshop.”
