Friday the 5th February 2021 will be the 80th Anniversary of the formation of the Air Training Corps.
It’s predecessor, the Air Defence Cadet Corps was formed in 1938. A number of Squadrons in Central & East Region still bear the “F” suffix after their Squadron number to indicate that they are “Founder” Squadron who moved the ADCC to ATC).
