Crest is the UK’s only nationally recognised scheme for student-led project work in STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering and maths).
Crest is a scheme that inspires young people to think and behave like scientists and engineers. It is managed by the British Science Association. There are four different levels, Discovery, Bronze, Silver and Gold with an increase in complexity at each level.
The Headquarters Air Cadets Training Team have put together a guide for Cadets and Staff giving easy to follow instructions on how cadets may achieve Discovery and Bronze Awards and how staff can guide and encourage those cadets taking part.
