Air Cadets and staff from the Market Rasen Squadron of the Air Training Corps (ATC) have visited BBC Radio and television studios in Hull to see how radio and television works.
The Hull studios are the home the Lincolnshire and Humberside edition of BBC TVs Look North, and BBC Radio Humberside.
The cadets went behind the scenes to see how the evening’s programs were being
prepared. They managed to sit in the television presenters seat and try their hand at
presenting the news. They were also able to meet Peter Levy, who later went on to
present the late news program for real.
