Corps Cross Country
RAF Cranwell again provided a gruelling challenge for the cream of the RAF Air Cadets Cross Country runners as the six regions strived to become Corps Champions, 2017.
Central & East Region entered the fray and fought hard in almost ideal conditions. However, against strong and equally determined opposition, the Region finished the day in third place behind North Region and the Champions, London and South East Region.
Success did come to Central & East with the taking of the Under 17 Men’s Trophy and the rest of the Team racked up points through consistently achieving good placing to secure the third place overall.
