Central & East Region is delighted to welcome Squadron Leader Adrian Jones to the role of Bader Point of Contact (POC).
Adrian is taking on this role in additional to his roles as Wing Training Officer and Wing Bader POC for Hertfordshire & Buckinghamshire Wing
Squadron Leader Jones joined the Air Training Corps initially as a cadet in 1998 at 2227 (Mid-Gwendraeth) Squadron in Wales. After a short break he started his adult volunteer journey in 2009 with 955 (Stevenage) Squadron.
After a move to 1066 (Hitchin) Squadron, where he became Officer Commanding in 2014, he joined the Wing Staff team.
Squadron Leader Jones says “I’m delighted to be joining the Central and East Region staff team as Bader Officer in this time in great change for the organisation. 2022 and beyond will see great strides in our Bader platform and I look forward to supporting my fellow Regional Staff Officers and Central and East Region Bader Officers as we up-skill and provide support to the Region’s Adult Volunteers and Cadets”
