The current situation is not going to deter Air Cadets from gaining their qualifications.
Plans are afoot to provide on line training modules through Ultilearn to ensure cadets hit the ground running after this period of Lockdown.
Launched today is one of these modules and covers the non practical elements of the Blue Foundation Leadership Syllabus. The Blue Leadership is open to all enrolled cadets and is designed to develop briefing skills using SMEAC (Situation, Mission, Execution, Any questions, Check understanding). Once the theory is learned the practical stages will be undertaken once our squadrons return to normal functioning.
