The Central & East Region’s best cross country runners battled it out for the Corps Championship title on RAF Cranwell’s arduous Cross country course at the weekend.
With all the team fighting hard the Region only managed a creditable third place against still opposition from the runners of London & South East Region who came second by the narrowest of margins and North Region who swept all before them to secure a well deserved title.
Both the Region Sports Officer, Squadron Leader Michelle Worsnop and the Region’s Commandant, Group Captain Nigel Gorman were fulsome in their praise for the cadets who battled so well and the staff who supported the cadets and ensured it all happened. �$�[��Uh
