Cadets from 1109 (Thetford) Squadron gave up their time on eight days, covering four weekends, in the lead up to Christmas to assist with car parking duties for the Elveden Estate.
The Estate, whose owner Lord Iveagh is the Squadrons Patron, hold a Christmas Market every year and sell thousands of Christmas Trees which are grown locally on their land. Every weekend is extremely busy and the cadets work very hard parking the hundreds of cars which filter through the gates.
The Squadron has run the car parking at Elveden for a number of years and is their biggest annual fundraiser, with cadets attending in fancy dress to get into the Christmas spirit!
The organisers were delighted with the cadets on all weekends and look forward to working with them again next year.
