Outstanding Achievement for Warrant Officer Scott Gardiner from Mablethorpe Air Cadets


 

This evening Warrant Officer (ATC) Scott Gardiner attended Trent Wing presentation evening at RAF Digby.

During the evening, much to Scott’s suprise, Group Captain Nigel Gorman, Regional Commandant, Central and East Region, presented him with a Certificate of Meritorious Service.
This well deserved award was presented in recognition of Scott’s dedication, commitment and drive in moving Mablethorpe Air Cadets forward, providing cadets with valuable and life changing experiences.
#Mablethorpe is the only detached flight in the wing and competes against much larger Squadrons. “As a unit we prove ‘Nothing is Impossible’ by winning trophies and surprising ourselves with all of our achievements” said Scott.
Wing Commander Tony Wright, Oficer Commanding Trent Wing, said; “They truly do punch well above their weight.” It is thanks to his leadership and dedication that 1228DF are a successful unit. Congratulations on achieving such a prestigious award.
