On Saturday 11th of April, Cadet Warrant Officer (CWO) Molly Henson of 1461 (Wigston) Squadron attended the Wing Training Officers Conference at RAF Wittering.

The day consisted of learning about what The Wing Training Team has in store for the future as well as discussing what the Wings Training Officers feel is going well and what needs to be improved.
The day was a fantastic insight as to what the Training Officer role consists of as CWO Henson will be taking on the role in the next six months.
CWO Henson said “I felt the day was very useful and I feel like I can take a lot of positive things back to the Squadron as well as feeling that both cadet and adult training within the wing is growing from strength to strength. I very much enjoyed the day and I am looking forward to the future!”
