The RAF Air Cadets of King’s Lynn’s 42F Squadron were out in force for the town’s annual Act of Remembrance.
The Cadets first marched in the parade to the Tower Gardens war memorial for a service, two minutes silence at 11am and wreath laying by over 50 military and civilian organisations.
The memorial gardens saw one of its biggest attendances for a number of years with an estimated five to six hundred persons present.
Following this moving ceremony the parade reformed and marched to the Minster church of St Margaret for the civic service of remembrance and reconciliation led by the Reverend Canon Christopher Ivory.
