Air Cadets from 2286 (Arden) Squadron recently helped a local primary school, The Good Shepherd, with its summer fete, helping run a number of activities.
The school had a great deal of praise for the cadets who were able to count the event towards their blue pre Duke of Edinburgh Award badge. Flight Lieutenant Julie Seymour thanked the staff and cadets saying; “that part of the aim of the Royal Air Force Air Cadets is to develop the qualities of citizenship and that assisting with community events such as this demonstrates that quality”.
