1109 (Thetford) Squadron supported Armed Forces Day by taking part in a church service held in Thetford on Sunday 28th June. The service was attended the Air Cadets, Army Cadet Force, Royal British Legion as well as the Mayor of Thetford.
Cadet Sergeant Kathryn Towell and cadet Abi Lynham were the day’s standard bearers with Sergeant Towell also saying a reading during the service.
1109 squadron have a close relationship with the Royal British Legion in Thetford and support many of their events. The RBL thanked the cadets for being part of a very important event.
